This is the one you ladies have been waiting for!!!!! A genuine three carat sparkling ruby. It is set in gold over sterling. The size is 7. Forgot to mention there are 5 small diamonds on each side of the Ruby. Also, this a natural ruby from the ground, not a lab created stone!!

Hi Brazilgirl....I bought this ring as a genuine ruby with diamonds. There was nothing in the paperwork about any filling. However I'm not a gemologist and my eye sees nothing that indicates it is filled, but I cannot say positively. Hope that is of some help. Thank you for stopping by.

The band is stamped 925 and was described as 14K over Sterling.
