Description

The listing, Iris has ended.

I have various iris roots that need taken, the picture may not be the color of the ones sent as I have a variety and need to move some from the area, but if you would like I can send 3 at least more if I can for your yard, they are healthy plants that have been here for many years, I had a friend that gave me several different colors and I bought some, some were my grandmothers and are 60 years here, but they will please you I'm sure when they bloom next year.

ok I will do what I can as I have several areas in the yard that have iris, I just hope that I get different colors, we started a section this year and divided them out, I have a new "black" one that is so unusual but it hasn't multiplied yet and I am ordering some new ones now for next year.

We live in a 60 year old house that has been handed down through the family. My hubbys grandma used to have a beautiful iris garden but she pulled them all out and gave them away when she started thinking the end was near, she didn't realize we were going to end up "coming home". I want to recreate her lovely gardens.

We live where the old homeplace was,the home burned and we put a home here, we have been here 32 years and the farm has been in the family 70,my grandmother had beautiful flowers also, thru the years before we moved in family would come and dig up her flowers but many were left and I too have tried putting them as to their origin when I was a kid, I remember she even had a flowerpot made from and old tire turned inside out with points on it,like a scalloped edge/trim.,I have added alot to the yards over the years and still am adding to my "jungle"amazing how we love going back to our childhood enjoyment of our grandmas flowers!
