The listing, Captain John Smith and Pocahontas has ended.
When Pocahontas agrees to marry two-fisted adventurer Captain John Smith, she does so to create a lasting bond between her people and the settlers of Jamestown. Seeing their union as a marriage of convenience, Smith is reluctant at first to return her love, but soon comes to realize how much he cares for the beautiful Indian princess. (Actually there are no Kings and Queens and Princesses in Native history. Had to put my two cents in there.) So when jealous ex-lover, Opechanco, decides to break the truce and wipe out the colony, he murders Pocahontas' brother before he can warn the tribe. Claiming the right to avenge his wife, Smith challenges Opechanco to a knife-and-tomahawk fight, a battle to the death that will not only determine Smith and Pocahontas' fate, but that of the New World, as well.
