This hand-crafted Olaf embroidery is done on white soft fleece. It can used as a patch and be sewn on an article of clothing or bag. You could attach a ribbon and use as an ornament. If you cut a slit in the fabric it becomes a pencil topper. Measures approx. 4in tall.

You could glue it. I would probably use apoxy, gorilla glue or something like that though so you don't risk melting the lunchbox.
