lol, well that is an awesome image you've planted in my mind. I think it will be too small for a baby head. It wouldn't be able to wrap under their chin. You would need to let the velcro strap hang at the sides of their face or modify it. It's truly for pets.

Omgosh, too awesome!! We have a 9 week old lab... Is this generally for cats, or?? She's petite in regards to girth.... (how cute would this be with a brown wrap lol!!!)

It is definitely for kitties, but I have seen people put it on their small dogs. 9 weeks old MAY work since that seems very tiny, but I cannot guarantee at all. :( It's definitely adorable, I may be selling another one after this with pics of my cats wearing it.
