I'm not sure what it's made of? Silicone or rubber, I will try to find out.

oh thanks, it's not THAT important..I was more so just curious if it was a soft flexible silicone, rubber-like material or if it was harder material like a plastic or wood..

The handle is hard like plastic and the spatula part is softer, somewhat flexible. It's made specifically to remove the wax.
