I guess the title say's most all of it!! It does'nt have tags, (may be handmade) I wear a medium top and I'd say its a Large or XL even. Very comfy and warm. Can be worn in layers or alone. It is primarily blue with little hints of pink and white in the yarn. Looks near new!
