On the back stamped into the paper inside the package is the number - 281205

Description on the back says: ELVIS Jailhouse Rock 1957, McFarlane Toys newest Elvis action figure shocases the King of Rock 'n' ROll in a classic pose from his 1957 film Jailhouse Rock. Capturing Elvis' spirit this incredibly detailed figure comes complete with a custom base.

There is a cut in the plastic on the back of the packaging over Elvis' arm in the picture and a couple scatches / pokes or dents in the packaging next to the cut but they don't show up in the photos I took.

The cut is about an inch and the pokes/scratches are tiny.The rest of the plastic packaging is dusty but in otherwise pristine condition.

I still have the plastic bag from Spencer's where the figure was purchased. If I recall correctly this was purchased in 2006. It was a gift, but the copyright date on it is 2006 and that seems about right for when I received it.
