This is an Official Runa's R.A.C.E. Fund Post! I am the founder of this animal charity. It is our mission to provide pet parents with VITAL pet health information that can save your pet's life or prolong your happy years together. I originally wrote this post after my own cats suffered and lost their lives because I DID NOT KNOW THE SIGNS.

The information in this document is compiled from medical information provided by Veterinarians and through my own experiences. It contains medical terms but is easy to understand.
Male cats are at greater risk than female cats. This urinary disease is extremely common, and once pets exhibit signs they can be dead in DAYS! If you own a cat or know someone who does I urge you to share this listing! This is information EVERY pet owner should have!!!

I do have a website But is currently under construction LOL We can take donations Via paypal or through the online sales of my book "A Beautiful husky needs a home" by Cherie Morlock. It is designed for Kids but written for families. It has a book review by Betty White on the back! The proceeds goes to help keep the charity going (website costs, ads etc.), and building up the "fund" for helping people pay for emergency vet costs.

Try to lure him with food! Leave out food (favorite kind) near a door. If it hasn't gone ferral you should be able to coax it back inside.

Awe so sorry to hear that. :( I have lost many pets over the years some due to Illness or outlandish reasons of others, But the ones that we did have to "let go", lived well past life expectancy. We currently have an 13 yr old Chi/terrier mix, 12 yr old Shepard, and a 12 yr old cat, and a cat who's actual age is unknown but is estimated @ 15 yrs (6 yrs when I got him and that was 2005!). Once we get them their spoiled, and all were pitty cases LOL. It seems the longer you have them the longer it takes to be ready to fill the void they leave behind. All it takes is one heart string being tugged at the right time and "your ready".
