Item Condition: Very good condition -- only a little bit of wear on one knee which is very minor.

Items come from a non-smoking household. I do have cats....they don't smoke either.

Measurements are that of the garment....please make sure that your measurements are a little bit smaller to allow for a comfortable fit.
