Love the aquamarine and amethyst stone. This design or similar 7 is a little loose but can make it work. Usually do 6.5

I have no aquamarine, and the only Amethyst I have left, is a bracelet..
Gold over sterling silver Amethyst bracelet with diamond accents It has 6 stones across it. It is stamped "925" and it's 7 1/2 inches long
As for the style or design of the ring, I have another big ring, but it's not that design, and it's got Swarovski Crystal's in it, but it's a size 8
