The item is a pillow case with number of detailed items on front. It is for a couch sized square pillow. I can give you measurements of item, but not exact size because of its awkwardness. They are 18 in x 16.5 in. The backside is blank in blue color. The pillow is easy to insert inside being there is a opening on the back as long as the case itself. As you can see, the only damage is on the corner in front. The case is from Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. There is a reading below the bold letters of Fort McCoy and it reads "Mother" To one who bears the sweetest name, And adds a luster to the same, Who shares my joys, who cheers when sad, The greatest friend I ever had; Long life to her, for there's no other, Who takes the place of my dear Mother. I would have used a iron to get the wrinkle out, but known me. I would have destroyed it. Lol. The last need to know thing on this item is that it has that old age smell to it.
