They are a Cup instead of a tampon or pad and they are great because no risk of TSS. They are safe and you can even have intercourse with them. They are NOT a controceptive!!!

I have used them for 8 months i bought a box of 20 and its lasted me this long! These can be rinsed out and reused even though they say they are disposable i know people who have the same one for 6 months! I just use one per cycle.
