yes the star is blue with some clear on the tips, i dont know exact size but guessing i would say maybe about 3 to 4 inches top to bottom,thnaks for looking,

yes there is a small box with maybe 12 star lights not just one light, i already packed it up so i cant see how many but there is enough to put around a fireplace.
