Reborn Baby Doll

18 in. 5 lbs. 1 oz.

This is a beautiful reborn. This baby could be a boy or girl but I thought it looked more like a girl so she has a girls onesie on. She was painted with many layers or thin reborn paints. She has brushing, molted skin, veining, and creases. Her soft, blond mohair is thin and hand rooted. Her nostrils are opened. Her Body, limbs and head are weighted with fine glass beads and poly fill. She is lightly scented. Her body is jointed and is cloth. Her nails have been tipped and glossed. Her eye edges, nostrils and mouth have been glossed for a wet look. She comes with a diaper, onesie, magnetic pacifier and hospital band. She wears size newborn or size 1 diapers and she wears 0-3 month clothes.

She is not a childs play doll. Small children could rip this doll apart and eat or choke on the fine glass beads. She is for looks and display only not play. If a child picks this baby up by the leg or arm, 5 lbs. pulling down could break the cable ties that connect the limb to the cloth body.

This baby is great for a collectors. She is from a smoke free home. I tried to take a lot of picts. I'm trying to gather listia credit points so I can save up for my childrens Christmas. Please NO Rude or Mean comments. I do ship fast with a tracking paypal 19.99 (sorry I don't have a job so I can not do free shipping).

Is there anyway of lowering the price of shipping and the starting bid so that some of us may do the same for thier kids that you are doing. I can't understand why the shipping is so expensive, I've use the usps, and have mailed out a lot of things, even books, and it's never costed that much,& they also have free insurance. Please dont get mad or block me , im just wanting a fair chance at bidding for her she is beautifull, but you've got the starting bid extremly high & then the postage is extremly high to.

I make sure the box is big enough because if it's in a flat rate box they are under 18 inches long so the doll would have to be folded and cramped in the box which will damage the doll. I bought a reborn that was shipped this way and it was dented, scuffed and the paint was damaged. Books, CD's, Dvd' are all media mail which is classified as educational and the shipping is discounted because of this, that is why those items cost so low to ship (ask your post office). Free insurance only covers $50.00 and if the box wasn't taped enough, had enough of shipping padding or wasn't to the post offices standards they will NOT cover it (ask your post office). I go to the post office a few times a week they know me so well that they call me by my 1st name, I bake cookies for them and they sent me a get well card when they found out I had cancer. I've been selling and buying on auction sites for 15 years now and I have shipped hundreds of items. For the last 6 years auction sites (mainly Listia) have been my only income because I am a stay at home Mom. This is not a play doll for children as the listing stated.

Thank you! I love the sleeping ones also because if you take them to stores and places they look more real.

Flat rate is a little cheaper but they really are costly to ship I have paid over $500 for some of my horror reborn and way over 350 for a regular reborn love my babies but I don't mind passing them on when I know it's time

Thank you! I started to reborn a few years ago when I miscarried. I found that I enjoyed making the dolls more than keeping them even. It helps others and it helps me.

I wasn't happy when I got it. She charged me 28.00 shipping and stuffed the baby in a med. flat rate box. It took me a long while to repair and fix the doll.
