These are most certainly briter with 9 LED bulbs...BUT you can't afford the shipping on the car so maybe not the flashlidht either!!!!

These are about 4 inches long and a little bigger around than a Quarter

This is the new standard size U see every where

They are smaller but with 9 LED's are much brighter than the old large light that holds 2 D cell batteries

Lumans is a measurment of light but I can assure you these 9 bulbs are brighter than the one bulb on the other flashlight
