With all that being said:

This reminds me of Marilyn Monroe's famous white dress. This is black with lots of sparkles. Size 8 woman's. There is a overlapping slit in the top layer. Very twirly. It ties around the neck. H&m. Used but great shape. I will be listing a larger one like this in red and white polka dots so keep an eye out. This would be great for any occasion or you could be a pin up for Halloween.
