This is real sterling silver and a lab created amethyst stone and im sorry i dont have anyway to measure ring right now am at work, will try and let you know the size of stone when i get off, but this will not tarnish or turn, it is stamped .925 sterling silver. hope this answers your question, ty for stopping by, good luck and happy bidding
