In the pictures, I didn't realize that the screen was smudged, so I carefully cleaned it and then took another pic of the memo pad screen so you can see that this is not scratches or other damage. See the last photo.

This comes with the device and the stylus only. I will search for instructions and the cord for syncing, but please bid as if they aren't included.

It requires AAA batteries (2) to start using it. No waiting for it to charge!
