You are looking at a cute, wooden nutcracker decoration with a lever in back that opens his mouth, as shown in the third picture. He is wearing a black hat and glasses around his beady eyes. His nose is round and red like a cherry. His moustache and beard cover his mouth containing 4 bottom teeth. His hair is made of the same soft, furry fabric. He wears a brown painted-on shirt with white sleeves, blue knickers (covered by an off-white apron), long white socks, and black shoes. He has a white object in his right hand, a wooden tool box hanging by a string from his right shoulder, and a wooden doll in his left hand. He is mounted on a 2 1/2" square stand. I believe he is made of pine and then painted with a shiny paint. He does not really crack nuts.
