Have you never been overwhelmed I your life? Or not understand instructions no matter how simple they were? Well, I have because I have an anxiety disorder and PTSD due to some events in my life I had no control over. When people start pressuring me and pushing from all sides I just shut down mentally and physically. I think she was pushed to do the unknown and became very nervous so I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that she will soon have a clean ESN and the phone unlocked Time will tell.

Hi Soccerchick - I will try to sum this up and keep it simple. The ESN is the electronic serial number on any cellphone. If the ESN is reported lost / stolen or blocked on the carrier network then the device can NOT be activated on that carriers network.

To find the model #, GB size and ESN # do the following on the phone : Tap Settings > General > About to see your device's serial number, IMEI/MEID, and ICCID.

If you wouldn't mind posting your findings this would give other potential interested parties a general idea of what it is you have and if it can be activated still on the carrier network.

Fanned & watching - as far as the tech stuff inbox me. The papers that came with the phone it's also available on the phone if you turn it on.

asking. One of which was in reference to the esn on the phone. Step by step instructions on the comments then poor they are gone. Hidden so no one else can see them. The only person allowed to do that is the individual that created the listing
