One more question, please: I understand the high cost of shipping. I'm wondering if you would mind telling me the total weight of the skeins so that I can make an informed decision before bidding. $14.75 is a lot for me, too, but I would do it depending on total weight of yarn.

Good morning, I just tried to weigh it on my bathroom scale and couldn't get it. If you feel the shipping is too much then don't bid. The yarn is in a large box and its full. I mailed yarn last week in a poly envelope and it cost me 8.76 and that was only 4 skeins. I'm on disability and cant afford to have that happen again.
