Recieved it in a bulk lot of video games I purchased. This is now a dublicate game so no longer needed. It's been tested and works great.

However, it does come with someone else's initials etched in it and the bottom right side corner of the sticker has pealed alittle due to a sticker that was on it. (as seen in photo).
