DOA = dead on arrival..... which this phone works and has a clean ESN = electronic serial number.... if people leave a bad bill it makes it so the ESN is useless which makes the phone useless... alot of people dont know that so thank you for asking!!! the only phones you dont have to worry about is one that take a SIM card....
