The listing, Samsung Moment Android Google Phone has ended.

Requires a plan, Not an active phone!! In good condition, there are a few scuffs on the corners, works beautifully. Full QWERTY Keyboard, touchscreen, 2GB sim card, 3.2 MEGA camera. Comes with wall charger. Android system with Google. Weight-5.67oz, Dimensions- 4.6 x 2.34 x 0.65. Very nice phone! I loved it until I got my IPhone.. Lovely color and great for searching the web. Data Plan Required for use. It will need activated and updated. Shipping is free, but it will ship uninsured unless the buyer pays the additional cost. I am not responsible for Post Office error or carelessness. I guarantee the phone to be in good working order with a strong battery at the time of shipping.

sorry to be negative but I want you to be able to enjoy Listia like the rest of us and per Listia's rules "You cannot state that you are not responsible for safe arrival of the item or ensuring that items are delivered as described. For example, you cannot state "I am not responsible for this item once I ship it out".

I was merely saying that if the buyer wanted insurance, they would have to specify so and pay for it. If the post office loses it and you chose not to have it insured, I can't be held responsible. If that is wrong, then I apologize. However, I highly doubt Listia is going to ban me for saying that unless it ends in a legal dispute that can't be resolved between myself and the buyer.

I have this exact same phone and I love it!!! The only advice I would offer to anyone bidding is *(if you win)* be VERY careful inserting and removing the charger on the phone - I had to replace one because the charger port became inoperable because it has a little tiny flat piece inside of it and if you hit that wrong, it will break. I learned this the hard way, but now that I know about it I haven't had any problems with my replacement. :o) Just a little heads-up to keep you from making the same mistake I did! ^_^ Good luck to the bidders, and fanned the seller!

Awwwwww. I would have like to see the blackberry. Do you think its just a bad battery? Can you tell me what kind of model it is and what condition? I might still be interested and ill just get a battery and take my chances. I need a 8530 though, not really interested in other models.
And bella is right, Listia is just like ebay with the rule where your responsible for the package till the buyer receives it. But if you get tracking, and package it well, you shouldnt have any problems. As for myself, I only insure packages that are valued at $50 or more, anything under i just package it the best i can and get tracking and ship it out. Its rare that the post office really damages something bad, or loses it, but it does happen unfortunetly.
Can you email me the ESN number so i can call Sprint and see if this will work with Boost? I heard it will but i need to be sure before I bid. I can pretty much guarantee that i have enough credits to outbid anyone bidding on this, but i need to be sure its going to be useable on Boost. Thanks!
