This is a woman's 925 Sliver heart shaped ring w/ a pear shaped Golden Sapphire and white Lab Diamonds surround the heart. It Is a size 6

Real as in sterling sliver yes. The stones are lab created diamonds.

The diamonds are not real. As in the description they are lab created diamonds. The Ring is 925 sliver. It is stamped. And the stone in the middle as stated is a sapphire.
