The listing, Adorable Child's Coat Size 3T has ended.

This is just about the cutest coat I have seen and it is in excellent condition. The body of the coat is fleece, fitted and fluffy ruffle at the hips. The front closes with 4 large buttons and it has no pockets or lining. It is 100% Polyester and the brand name is Mack & CO. The pink collar is ruffled and stands up a bit with a flower made from the zebra fabric that matches the body of the coat. The blanket fleece will keep her nice and warm and she will look like a doll!

It depends on how cold. We are in Colorado. However, I would say that if it would be the only coat the child had, then no. It is great for cold days but not frigid days.
