It helps with mine! It's like everything you need all in one bottle. I have every color concealer there is for various imperfections and all I do is put this on like lotion and voila! I dunno how 'bad' your circles are but for me, yes. It works well. AND it lasts alllll day long without touch ups... So you get a makeup primer, concealer, illuminator and imperfection prevention serum in one. I love stila! lol!
