Is this a "one size fits all"? i wear a 14 - 16 and used to have one like this that i flat wore out. i loved it! this one up for auction is yellow - right? i'd love to have another one for this summer. having ir personalized isn't near as important to me as having it fit comfortably, so please let me know about size before i bid. thanks so much!
