This is a darling little 2 drawer miniature porcelain chest. It stands about 4" tall, 3" wide, and 2" deep. The inside of each drawer is 1-1/2" wide, 1-1/8" long, and 3/4" deep. It looks hand painted, honest I have no way of knowing. It does look like what I would call "missed brush strokes" on the bottom.

I took pictures of the chest from every angle. I don't see any chips or cracks anywhere on the piece, just those missed brush stuff on the bottom.

The drawers sit loosely in the chest, which is fine, as long as you don't plan on jostling it around a lot. I was using it to store my special earrings and rings, on the kitchen window sill while I am washing dishes. It will look darling wherever you keep it.
