With over 40+ banana Bread and banana recipes I don’t know why I've never incorporated cream cheese.
I don’t know what I was thinking because I was really missing out.
The bread is soft, moist and the cream cheese layer is like having a layer of cheesecake baked into banana bread.
No complaints here.

When sliced, this makes a great presentation, and a delicious different banana bread with a cream cheese center.
The filling in this banana bread is a really neat surprise when you first cut into this loaf.
I enjoyed it while it was still just a little warm and then again when it was entirely cool.
I must say I liked it a little warm. The flavors are just right!
