The listing, GARNET AND BRILLIANT CZs, SIZE 8 RING. BEAUTIFUL, FEMININE, JANUARY BIRTHSTONE has ended.

This is such a sweet ring. It is a 6.5 mm deep red garnet and really sparkling CZ accents. It is a size 8 and is richly and beautifully gold plated. And if your birth month happens to be January, you will have hit the jackpot twice with this one ring. Its flawless beauty for one and the good luck of wearing your birthstone. Unfortunately for you January babies (babes?) there are a lot of other classy ladies who happen to LOVE the blood red color of garnets, so you may have a fight on your hands for bragging rights to this ring.

In 1870, Tiffany & Co published a poem extolling the birthstone for each month. Here is yours:

I would consider sharing the cost. But then again, I don't know if it is that much more expensive to ship to Canada. If this goes over 3500 I would ship free to Canada. (I just really said that, didn't I? AND put it in writing) whew!

Garnets are a very pretty stone. My birthstone is Peridot and I just can't get excited about it as I can about May's birthstone. You have to admit, Emeralds are a lot prettier than Periodots. *sigh* But that's ok. I have some very pretty Peridot rings!!

I'm sorry...I think an 8 is as high as any of my rings go...and I just can't wear an 8 anymore. And sometimes a 6 is too large. But that's ok with me! If I happen to see any exceptionally pretty 9's, I'll see what I can do :o)
