Legend says that Oogles are lucky little people who roam the hills and valleys of the Appalachian Mountains seeking out deserving folks to bestow their good luck upon. CAUTION: If you are a grouch or are having a bad day put your Oogle in a dark place or he will turn red and his eyes will bug out. These are hand made by Garrou Pottery and no two are alike.
