This is an authentic crusade coin with a knight featured on front and the distinct Lithuania double cross on back. This coin is crude. I place it in the crusade era for its features i.e. it uses the ancient double cross which helps place it and the Knight is Horseless and is actually silhouetted on front.An excellent piece, more examples need to be recorded to get more info about it.
It is about the size of a dime, if not slightly smaller.
