FREE: Dog Skirt

This states it is a Top Paw Halloween Collection Skirt but if my would have kept it on SHe would have worn it out too. It is very Cute. Purchased it at PetSmart. She loves her dress with the lace but for some reason didn't like this. She wouldn't even walk in it....
It is made of 5 layers of gold colored tulle with a black tulle and black fuzzy dots as the top layer. This is all held together by a black satin band that has elastic inside it. It has a velcro closure. My dog is a medium/large dog and weighs 42 pounds. It fit around her perfectly. it was marked a size Large and it will stretch up to 22 inches and is 8 inches long.
