if it is not marked then best to assume it is not silver. it has actually ben a law that silver must be marked for over 100 years. but you could also take it to a jeweler or pawn shop and have them tested. lastly you can just use an ordinary magnet and if it sticks then definately not silver but if not then maybe silver.

It is marked I took a picture of the one saying silver on it I don't think the others are but like I said the one that looks like a fan is stamped silver.
