i've never saw anything like this.... i onlyhave 158 points or i would use all my points on this, i have a shih-tzu and it is my 3 yr old's dog and she walks her so this wouldbe perfect when it starts to get dark she can be seen better, like i said i only have so many points because i was scammed by LISA416 i bought a doggie dress from her for 638 points, and she keptmy points but never sent me well never sent the dress to my daughter... i am so upset so i went out and got another one for my daughter. ias soon as i get refunded my points from that lady that lies i will bod all my 800 points to you, i promise i want this so bad it would be again like a said perfect for my daughter when her and i walk the dog!!! GOD BLESS YOU AND I HAVE FANNED YOU:)
