This auction is for one Egyptian Perfume Bottle in a honey color. It measures approximately 2 1/4" without the dauber and 3 1/4" with the dauber. These bottles are empty. Keep in mind that these are all handmade and they are crafted by Egyptian artisans so they are perfectly imperfect. :)

Some legends say that ancient Egyptians used perfume bottles to collect the tears of those who mourned the death of a loved one while other legends say that they also used these bottles to collect the tears of those who cried about the death of the Pharaoh. Either way, it's a beautiful sentiment.
