i would not suggest it unless you have total supervision and are playing w/ them.....because my experience is that my son put everything in his mouth at that age and there are small letter and numbers that pop out that could cause a choking hazard...........so most importantly its up to you, i don't assume liability for this and it doesn't come in original package
