I have acquired a large collection of Cub/Boy Scout items that I know positively were made by, collected by, and belonged to a boy who went from Cub Scout to Eagle Scout in the '60's & '70's in New York & Massachusetts, I will be posting a lot of different auctions of the items in this great collection!!

This auction is for a unique hand carved leather, arrow-head shaped, Boy Scout neckerchief slide. The slide is attached to the back by rivets Stamped in the leather is: :Daniel Webster Council New Hampshire Troop #3304 National Jamboree West Aug. 1-? 1979. The back is ink-stamped with "Daniel Webster Council" and their address. It is 3 1/4" X 2"
I would guess that these were made by the members of the sponsoring troop and given or sold to the attendees at the Jamboree.
