This is a Compaq CQ Series Laptop.There were 18 models made. Can you match anything that relates to CQ then a number like 56, 60 58? Also these came straight from the factory with a base memory of 2gbs. This has 8, which you don't see very often. Considering that alone, makes this very watchable. Can you verify that this has 8 gbs of mem-THX

That was the full name I just gave that's what it was on the sticker on the back and speakers work sometimes and headphones won't work if the speakers aren't. Yes keys B and N work sometimes

On the bottom should say what the name of the computer is or/and when you open it. It would have some kind sticker on it with the full name of the laptop

Battery stays charged for like 5 to 6 hours it's Windows 7 does not get hot when in use or charging and yes to Canada if the credits are good enough
