It has short, flutter sleeves. It is rayon and spandex so it is very smooth, soft and comfy. I bought it at Wal-Mart and wore it like 2 or 3 times. It is in very good condition or a 4/5 scale if that helps define condition for you better. I just don't reach for it because it's already gotten so cold here where I live. This would be better if I was still in the hotter part of California but I'm not. Not my mom's style so I thought I'd put it on here to see if any of you listians would be interested ;)
