stunning silver toned ring with beautiful blue stone, ring is maybe a size 6 , a dime fits inside it perfectly. Has tag on it that says size 18, I don't know how to calculate size to U.S. sizes

It's a size 6. Subtract 12 from the European sizing number to determine US sizing.
