This is a hand knitted bikini top only. It does not come with the bottoms. It fits a C or a D cup, but better as a C. It has adjustable strings so you can make it as tight or as loose and you want it. At this time, unfortunately, I am not able to provide free shipping. I only accept concealed cash or paypal. Is that thing water proof??

What exactly do you mean by water proof? I made myself one and I went swimming in it and it did just fine. You can also wash and dry it as many times as you would like.. I put some fabric in the back of it to prevent letting everything be shown.
