The cheapest I could find is standard USPS for 6.99. The candle is a soy candle(environmentally safe) and it has a Jasmine neroli scent.

Finally burned mine today, it's a very soft flower smell but definetly smelled far thru the house. My ring was only $10 but it's gorgeous and soo shiny :) my mom just landed in Miami with hers and will let me know how it goes. Thanks again for your awesome listings on these!
