Does this blade come off so that the gun shoot bullets? If so, what kind? Never seen something like this before.

Its 4.5 inches closed and the blades 3 inches

How does the blade flip out since it's not the trigger

Its just like any spring assist. At the top front of the barrel there (not sure exaxtly the right words) is a finger lever that springs the blade open.
