Three pieces of jewelry.
(1) Artisan-made pierced (post-style) earrings. I bought these earrings at the craft show held annually at the Smithsonian Institution. This invitation-only craft show is considered the most prestigious in the country. These earrings can be worn 2 ways. The larger circular, piece is made of metal twisted to show the gold color on one side and the silver color on the other side. This circular piece can be worn alone or with the addition of the slender, wirelike piece. The picture of the backs of the earrings,shows how the earring posts come through the round piece, then the long slender piece & are secured by earring backs. I'm not sure what the metal is, but it doesn't tarnish.
(2) The second piece of jewelry is a silver-colored metal spiral pin, about 1-1/2 inch in diameter. It is not silver.
(3) The 3rd piece of jewelry is a pendant of a small obelisque-shaped fluorite stone set in silver-colored metal. I think this is sterling but am not certain. Pendant is approximately one inch long.
