Gorgeous vintage parrot pin or scarf holder. heck make a nnecklace out of it. it is that pretty!! vivid purple, yellow, green & blue enamel. his chest is made up of round rhinestone or crystal (don't know which) if i had to guess i would say it is fron 60's or 70's. great vintage condition!! good luck
