Have you by chance called the support for it? My granddaughter's did the same thing and it was an easy fix--Her mom didnt tell me what was wrong--just wondering if you contacted them--F B W

It doesnt hurt to try, perhaps if you find out what is wrong with it you can fix it and get more bids or cancel the auction==sorry guys but if you like it and need it - it is worth a try

Either reset to factory settings or hook it up to your computer and run virus scanner on it if possible. hope that helps
