This is a Lady Buxton, La Shura Cowhide, Blue Fox cigarette compact and lighter. This item is an antique for sure as evidenced by the original $5. price tag on the original paperwork. I believe this item has never been used, with the original flint intact and never had lighter fluid added.
The latch on the compact is a little tricky, it pops open easy enough, but to close it, you have to hold the button in to snap shut. I don't consider that major, perhaps a little wd40 will make it work like it's supposed to, but I didn't want to fiddle with it or damage the leather. Holds Kings or 100s.
